Shipping Policy:

Our orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 12 pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-2 extra days for processing during peak business periods such as sales and holidays. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are processed and shipped from Shandaken, NY. USPS Priority Mail shipping service to the rest of the country can be up to 4-7 business days. For orders in the USA please expect your order in 2 weeks or less We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will do our best to get your package out to you as quickly as we can.


How much does shipping cost?

We offer free USPS Priority shipping on all orders over $50 in the United States. For orders under $50 we offer $4 shipping int he USA. 


How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with your tracking number. Click “Track My Order” in the email and enter the tracking number. 


I didn't receive my confirmation email?

Sometimes depending on the settings of your email it might end up in your spam folder. Always feel free to email us at info@liamolly.com or Dm us at @liamolly on instagram to inquire.


Promo codes:

The best way to get promo codes is to sign up for our newsletter and follow our Instagram(@liamolly) and Facebook. If you need help using a code please reach out. It’s our policy to only allow one discount/order.

What are our approximate sizes?

We have an assortment of sizes but our approximate wrap size is 75x20 inches and our approximate bandana size is 25 x25 inches unless otherwise specified.

Returns

If for some reason, you don’t feel happy with your Liamolly purchase, we’d be happy to exchange or refund you. The return must be initiated within 7 days after receiving the item.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
